This SINOTRUK HOWMAN 4x2 light flatbed wrecker is designed for auto repair shops, municipal service fleets, and roadside recovery operators handling passenger cars and light vehicles. Built on a compact 4,495 kg GVW chassis, it delivers agile maneuverability in narrow urban streets and busy service yards. The recovery body features a 4,200 mm hydraulic sliding and tilting diamond-plate flatbed, a 3-ton hydraulic winch with steel wire rope, and a dual-section telescopic rear wheel-lift underlift. The hydraulic winch smoothly pulls disabled vehicles onto the deck, while the rear wheel lift provides reliable towing capability for a second passenger vehicle.
