That is the case for this HOWO: roughly fifteen tonnes of the gross budget stays free for liquid, which suits shuttle work between a reagent store and a plant that consumes it every day. Because the chassis is rigid, with two steer axles up front and one drive axle behind, it squeezes into tight bays and reverses onto sloping docks that a tractor-trailer would have to shunt into.
