Built upon a heavy-duty Sinotruk HOWO 6×4 three-axle commercial chassis (approx. 14,500 kg curb weight / 12,000–15,000 kg payload capacity) powered by a high-output Weichai 340HP diesel engine paired with a 10-speed manual transmission, it delivers excellent heavy-load endurance across airfield tarmac zones. The 15,000-liter (15 CBM / 3,960 US Gallons) 5083 marine-grade aluminum alloy tank guarantees certified fuel cleanliness and corrosion immunity, equipped with a 30 m³/h (500 L/min) self-priming centrifugal fuel pump and an API/IP-standard coalescer filter water separator.
