Built upon a heavy-duty Sinotruk HOWO 8×4 four-axle commercial chassis (approx. 16,800 kg curb weight / 14,200 kg payload capacity / 31,000 kg GVW rating) driven by a high-torque turbo diesel engine paired with a HW19712 12-speed manual transmission, it ensures exceptional stability and heavy-load endurance across extensive tarmac facilities. The 20,000-liter (20 CBM / 5,280 US Gallons) 6mm 5083 marine-grade aluminum alloy tank guarantees certified fuel cleanliness and corrosion immunity, powered by a high-flow 40 m³/h (667 L/min) self-priming centrifugal fuel pump and an API/IP-standard aviation filter water separator.
