JAC 4x2 18ft Flatbed Tow Truck for Car Recovery
Developed for private car breakdown responders, inner-city garage patrols, and municipal traffic units, this JAC 18ft rollback car carrier delivers responsive roadside clearance across narrow residential streets and commercial corridors. Built on a maneuverable 4.5-tonne GVW chassis driven by a 152 hp turbo diesel engine with a 5-speed manual gearbox, it provides agile city handling and cost-effective fuel economy. The upper structure incorporates an 18-foot (5.6 m) anti-skid checkered steel platform with 3-tonne carrying capacity, actuated by dual hydraulic cylinders and an independent 1.8-tonne aft underlift. This 1+2 recovery configuration permits operators to lower the sliding bed to street grade for drive-on vehicle winching whilst towing a trailing casualty via the rear wheel-clamp frame.
